It was a chilly yet clear winter's day in November at the gorgeous Hedingham Castle for Ian and Sarah's special day. It was so lovely to capture my first wedding here, with only a short drive to the beautiful village. The day started at The Garden Cottage which was within the Castle grounds for Bridal prep, where I meet Sarah and the girls, I captured some beautiful intimate shots of Sarah getting ready. The atmosphere was full of excitement, yet calm as everyone got ready for the day ahead.

I then headed over to The Medieval Lodge for Ian's preperations, that too was within the Castle grounds. Such a beautiful setting, cozy and full of character. Took some lovely shoots of Ian and the lads during groom prep, the room was filled with nerves yet excitement.

The whole day was absoultey perfect, Ian wrote a very emotional letter and Sarah done the same, I knew that this was going to be a tear-jerker a sentimental story for the film. I highly recommend Hedingham Castle for that one-in-a-life-time fairytale themed wedding. There are some georgeous rustic and natural areas to film, November wedding here brought that real deep-moody and emotional love to a film which was beautiful. I look forward to filming my next wedding here in the Spring!
